Shipping

We are committed to ship as fast as possible. All hats are packed with love from Mattengasse and shipped by Swiss Post or DHL. The deadline starts from the shipping date, we need about 24h to process the order.

Delivery time: 2-5 working days (holidays excluded)
Free shipping

To Europe
Delivery time: 10-15 working days (holidays excluded)
Shipping costs: 34 Euro
Free shipping from 200 Euro

Please note that the delivery time is an estimate. Due to customs delays and other factors beyond our control, orders may take longer to arrive.

Shipping charges do not include customs fees. Matten Hats KLG is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes. The cost of any customs duties, foreign taxes or other charges that may be levied will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

It is very important to us that the hat fits and feels right. If this is not the case, please contact us and send us your request with a note of the order number to contact@mattenhats.com.

No refunds will be made without first contacting us. Tell us your reasons for the return by email and we will process the return accordingly upon receipt.

​

 

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of the items. Any requests made after this date will not be accepted. Items must be unworn and in original condition (no makeup stains, etc). In addition, the packaging must be undamaged and the original label must be on the hat. 

​

 

Customers must pay for return shipping (unless the item is deemed defective by us). We recommend using a trackable service to ship the return to reduce the risk of theft or lost packages.
