Conditions
1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop www.mattenhats.com. By submitting an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply indefinitely, as long as they have not been changed by the parties in a written agreement. In addition, the provisions of the OR on the purchase contract as well as other Swiss laws and ordinances apply.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the order is accepted. The confirmation from Matten Hats KLG is decisive for the scope and execution of the delivery. In cases of obvious typing and invoice errors, Matten Hats KLG is entitled to withdraw from the contract.
3. Prices and shipping costs
The prices in the online shop can be adjusted by Matten Hats KLG at any time. VAT is included in all prices. Shipping and packaging costs are listed under the item "Shipping" in the footer. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, the customer assumes any taxes and customs duties.
4. Delivery and delivery times
The dispatch takes place with the Swiss Post or DHL. The delivery and shipping methods specified on the online platform apply. Information on delivery times is not binding. The goods must be checked for correctness, completeness and intactness immediately upon arrival. Damage to the delivered goods must be reported to Matten Hats KLG within 5 days. When the goods are dispatched, the risk is transferred to the customer.
5. Purchase on account
Shipping will only take place after the credit card or PayPal details have been checked. Payments can only be made by credit card or PayPal. - TWINT?
6. Right of return
The goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt by sending them to Matten Hats KLG, Mattengasse 11, 8005 Zurich. Please contact Matten Hats by email at contact@mattenhats.com prior to submission. No refunds will be made without prior contact. The goods must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Matten Hats KLG reserves the right to refuse returns if the returned goods are not in the condition mentioned. The postage costs for returns will not be borne by us. If the purchaser proves defects in the delivered goods, the purchaser has the right to choose between a replacement delivery or a cancellation of the purchase. If the goods cannot be delivered later, the cancellation of the purchase comes into effect. Defects and faults for which Matten Hats is not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interventions by the customer or third parties, excessive stress or extreme environmental influences, are excluded from the guarantee.
7. Privacy
In accordance with Swiss data protection legislation, customer data is treated confidentially, is only used for business purposes and is not made available to third parties. The complete data can only be viewed by a limited number of authorized persons and will only be passed on to third parties upon presentation of a power of attorney or in connection with an official investigation.
8. Liability
Matten Hats KLG excludes any liability for the products sold and delivered within the framework of the legally permissible provisions.
9. Final provisions
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. Matten Hats KLG reserves the right to change these general business relationships at any time. The respective binding version of the terms and conditions can be viewed and printed out at www.mattenhats.com. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
